Rootz Construction successfully completed this complex project, ensuring all walls and load-bearing structures were fire-rated and installing shaft walls as per the architect’s design. All columns and ceilings were upgraded to meet a two-hour fire rating. In addition, Rootz managed the HVAC installation, including a canopy, furnace, and ducting as per mechanical design specifications. Our team also handled the electrical work, installing a fire alarm system and relocating the panel. This project was successfully completed within three months and handed over to the client.
